Lennoxlove House, Haddington, The Seat of Mr W. A. Baird

An original very early issue of Country Life Magazine dated April 11th 1914 featuring a main article on Lennoxlove House at Haddington, Scotland. An eight page write up with black and white illustrations of the property and gardens. Article contains many images including photographs of the banquetting hall, the bedroom ceiling plasterwork with Arms of Lauderdale,  The China Room and The Duchess Bedroom. This issue is in very good condition with a lovely portrait frontispiece of Lady Houstoun-Boswall.
